Pond Appeal Turn your pond into an oasis! Pond Appeal is a cooperative program between Indian River and Okeechobee Counties to educate residents how to maintain their ponds using best management practices. These practices include landscape fertilization and maintenance, tackling insect issues, aquascaping, managing aquatic plants, stocking fish, and attracting wildlife.
